Data collected

We collect personal data in four situations:

• Contact form: first and last name, email address, company (optional), message content.
• Newsletter: email address and chosen language.
• Threat Intel tool: email address, name and company (optional), questionnaire answers (sector, region, size, maturity level), to send you the report by email.
• Audience measurement: aggregated traffic statistics via Vercel Analytics (page views, country, device type), without cookies and without individual identification.

Each time a form is submitted, we keep proof of your consent: date, version of the wording shown, IP address and browser.

Purposes and legal bases

• Responding to your contact request: pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Sending the newsletter and the Threat Intel report: your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time through the unsubscribe link in every message.
• Measuring site audience and improving content: our legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
• Proving consent was collected: our duty to demonstrate lawful processing (Art. 7.1 GDPR).

Retention period

Contact data is retained for 3 years from your last contact, then deleted. Newsletter and Threat Intel subscriptions end as soon as you unsubscribe. In the event of a contractual relationship, data is retained for the applicable legal period.

Recipients and processors

Your data is processed by Valtieri SAS. It is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. We use the following processors:

• Vercel Inc. (United States): site hosting, technical logs and audience measurement.
• Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., United States): transactional emails (contact confirmation, Threat Intel report, newsletter) and mailing list management.
• Slack Technologies (United States): internal team notifications for priority Threat Intel requests (email address, name, company, score).
• Anthropic PBC (United States): drafting the Threat Intel report analysis. Only questionnaire answers are sent, never your name or email address.

Transfers outside the EU

These processors are based in the United States. Transfers are governed by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Access: obtain a copy of your data
• Rectification: correct inaccurate data
• Erasure: request deletion of your data
• Objection: object to processing
• Portability: receive your data in a structured format
• Restriction: request suspension of processing

Cookies

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Vercel Analytics audience measurement works without cookies or persistent identifiers: no consent is required.
