Scoping with your teams
Workshops with future users to describe journeys, data and business rules. Scope and budget are agreed in writing.
Prototype
Key screens are mocked up and tested by your teams. Adjustments are made at this stage, when they cost little.
Development in batches
The application is delivered feature by feature on a test environment, with regular progress reviews.
Go-live and handover
Security review, data migration if needed, launch, then handover of the code and documentation.

Between 6 and 16 weeks, depending on the number of journeys, integrations and user roles. Scoping sets a batch-based timeline, so you have first features early.
Can the application connect to our current software?
Yes, as long as that software exposes an exchange interface or a usable export. The feasibility of each connection is checked during scoping, before any commitment.
How is our customers' data protected?
Strong authentication, role-based access rights, encrypted communications, logging of sensitive actions and GDPR compliance. A security review precedes every go-live.
Who maintains the application after handover?
You have the choice: a maintenance contract with Valtieri, your own internal team or another provider. The documentation we hand over makes all three possible.
