Can an agent act without human approval?
Only on actions you have explicitly authorised. Sensitive actions, such as an external send or a data change, remain subject to approval for as long as you decide.
How are usage costs controlled?
Each agent has consumption caps and an alert in case of drift. The model is chosen task by task: a lighter model is often enough for simple operations.
Can we take over operations in-house?
Yes. The configuration, instructions, evaluation sets and documentation belong to you. A handover is organised if you end the subscription.
