Giving access to an AI tool is not enough. Without a method, teams use it little, badly, or with data that should never have left the company. Training is often what separates useful use from an uncontrolled risk.
Since 2 February 2025, Article 4 of the EU AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689) requires companies that use AI systems to ensure a sufficient level of AI literacy among their staff. Training tailored to each person's role is the most direct response to this obligation.
Valtieri runs workshops of 1 to 3 days, built around your business. No generic course: each workshop starts from your documents, your tasks and your constraints. Participants leave with practices they can apply the next day, and with clear rules on what is permitted.
What you get
- Workshops adapted to each audience: management, operational staff, technical teams.
- Concrete use cases drawn from your business, tested in session by participants.
- A reference sheet of usage rules: sensitive data, confidentiality, verification of outputs.
- A roadmap of the uses to deploy first, ranked by value and risk.
- A certificate of attendance, useful to document your AI literacy measures.
How it runs
Preparation
We speak with a few people from each team to understand their tasks, tools and concerns. The exercises are built from these conversations.
Workshops
Each workshop alternates short explanations with practice on real cases. Participants learn to write a request, verify an answer and recognise an error.
Rules and roadmap
The final session sets the usage rules with participants and selects the uses to deploy first, each with an owner.
Frequently asked
Does the training depend on a specific tool?
No. The methods taught apply to most AI assistants. Exercises are run on the tools you have chosen, or on those you are considering.
Is technical knowledge required to attend?
No, for management and operational workshops. The technical track is aimed at teams integrating AI into tools or processes.
Is training enough to comply with Article 4 of the EU AI Act?
It is a central element, but not the only one. AI literacy is also demonstrated through usage rules, defined roles and follow-up over time, which the AI governance engagement can complete.
